All fees should be paid in full in advance. Invoices will be issued when we have received confirmation of your booking. Invoices should be paid within 30 days of receipt.

Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
The Child Accident Prevention Trust (CAPT) reserves the right to cancel an event in cases of low take-up. In this instance, all fees will be refunded in full. Unfortunately we will not refund any additional expenses (accommodation, travel etc) incurred.
